The aim of the consultancy is development. It focuses on development
aspects of individual executives' skills, leadership, performance,
roles and careers, and their responsibility for their organisation's
development.
Benefits of coaching
Whatever their quality, other forms of development activity,
such as training courses, cannot be targeted around the individuals'
unique needs. Nor are they able to respond in real time to the
executive's need for advice, to have a sounding board or confidante,
or simply to be heard. In the privacy of a coaching relationship
the executive can be completely open, ask for assistance, and
admit to the full range of human needs in a way that would normally
carry unacceptable risk in the organisational setting.
